• Full-Length 1913 Picatinny Rail: Unlike the short proprietary rails on earlier P365 models, this grip features a full 3.7" dust cover with a true mil-spec Picatinny rail. That means no adapters, no limitations—mount full-size lights and lasers without compromise.
• Enlarged Beavertail: We took a feature seen mostly and only on full size firearms and added it to our grip module. Our beavertail gives the operator better recoil control which leads to more accurate follow up shots.

California-Compliant vs. Standard Models – How to Tell the Difference

Not all P365 XMacro grip modules are created equal. Sig manufactures a California-compliant version that restricts magazine compatibility to 10-round mags only, and these grip modules physically prevent the use of standard-capacity mags.

Here’s how to tell the difference:

• Standard XMacro Module: Accepts 17-round flush-fit magazines. No internal blocks or mag restrictions. Ideal for free states.
• California Version: Features internal molding and/or magwell alterations that prevent insertion of standard 17-round magazines. These are sold and serialized separately in some cases and are not interchangeable with standard models.
