How is my order processed and shipped?

**We do not ship partial shipments / If one of the items in your cart is on backorder, the entire order will ship out when the backordered item come back in stock**

Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you ordered. (Please allow extra processing time due to civil unrest and Covid)

All retail orders will be shipped via USPS. Orders over $500 require a signature confirmation, there are no exceptions. If you'd like to add insurance, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or call us at (800) 905-4080- after you've placed your order.

If you're looking to expedite a package, please contact us at [email protected] Standard rates apply for those options. If it's your first time ordering, we'll need to send it to the same billing/shipping address.


How do I receive a tracking # for my package?

All retail orders will receive a tracking # via email. If you did not receive your tracking # in the time that your order was processed, check your spam folders first to see if it may have been sent there. If you did not receive it, please contact us. Please allow 24-48hrs for your tracking # to update.


Missing/Damaged Items

Claims for missing/damaged product must be made within 24 hours of delivery and include pictures of the damaged items/packaging. We are not responsible for damages and lost items due to shipping. We provide a USPS priority mail option to insure the package against perils like damage and theft.
