• Has my order shipped?
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping update via email. If you do not receive one within 48 hours email us an inquiry.
• How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you'd like to make an order change/cancellation before shipment notification, email us including your order number and what you would like to change.
• How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are included in your shipping notification. Please allow 24 hours for the shipper to update the information.
• When will my backorder arrive?
We rarely do backorders. However, if your order is on backorder fear not. We are rarely more than a week delayed from backorders.
• Do you ship to my country?
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Only if you reside in the state of Illinois.

• What rifles do your parts fit on?
Any rifle where a stock AR grip would fit, so would ours. That includes the AR-10, AR-15, AR .308 and some SCAR-17's. Essentially, if a stock AR grip fits ours will too.
